Judith Raum

Judith Raum (b. 1977) is an artist living and working in Berlin, Germany. She studied fine art as well as philosophy and psychoanalysis in Frankfurt, Germany, and New York City, USA.

Her work includes the making of objects and images, writing, interviewing, teaching and curatorial practice. She likes to explore the relation between political and aesthetical through material-based work and process-oriented projects, alone or in cooperation with others. Since 2007, she has worked on the Contemporary Arts Library project located in Prishtina and Berlin, organising workshops, talks, seminars and exhibitions in- and outside Kosovo. Judith Raum lectures at the University of Fine Arts Berlin.
