All the catering of the Zentrum Paul Klee is handled by the ZFV group, highly regarded Swiss caterers offering quality and hospitality par excellence.

ZFV operates the 17 GaultMillau-point and 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Schöngrün, which occupies a delightful villa next door to the Zentrum Paul Klee. It also offers intimate saloons for private dinners.

Managed by Werner Rothen, ZFV also runs the Zentrum’s Café and is responsible for its event catering.
